Anti-Corruption Policy and Whistleblowing Channel

J. Carranca Redondo Lda. (hereinafter JCR), aware that corruption is a behavior that seriously damages the economy, sustainable development and the effectiveness of national and international trade, considers it unacceptable and establishes this Anti-Corruption Policy.

JCR is fully committed to respecting ethical principles, which are based on rules of conduct aimed at behavior based on transparency and the integrity of all its employees, with a priority on the commitment to act proactively to prevent corruption and related infractions.

To this end, JCR is implementing the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, following the publication of Decree-Law no.º 109-E/2021, of December 9, which creates the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism ("MENAC") and approves the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption ("RGPC"), which establishes the obligation for covered entities to adopt and implement a regulatory compliance program that includes at least one plan for the prevention of risks of corruption and related infractions ("PPR"), a code of conduct, a training program and a whistleblowing channel, in order to prevent, detect and sanction acts of corruption and related infractions, carried out against or through the entity, which allows it to prevent and strengthen its protection in terms of corruption, through the following mechanisms:

Alternatively, you can submit your complaint by email to denuncia@licorbeirao.com, by letter addressed to the Whistleblower Channel Manager at Quinta do Meiral, 3200-095 Lousã or by any other means you deem appropriate, provided it has been agreed in advance with J. Carranca Redondo, Lda. Any of the aforementioned communication channels allow for anonymous receipt, or with identification, in accordance with the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers.
