INGREDIENTS
| 6cl | Licor Beirão |
| 1/2 | Lime |
| 7-8 | Mint Leaves |
| 5cl | Soda Water |
| q.b. | Ice |
PREPARATION
- In a long drink glass, add the lime and smash it to release juice.
- Add the mint, Beirão, ice and top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with mint and a slice of lime. Enjoy!
