INGREDIENTS
| 5cl | Licor Beirão |
| 2,5cl | Lemon Juice |
| 1,5cl | Egg White |
| 1,5cl | Sugar Syrup |
| 2-3 gotas | Angostura Bitters |
| 1 | Lemon Zest |
| q.b. | Ice |
PREPARATION
- In a shaker with ice, add the Licor Beirão, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white. Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a glass with fresh ice and garnish with drops of Angostura bitters and a twisted lemon peel. Enjoy!
